Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Final sale exclusions
Sale, discounted, customized, personalized, made-to-order, intimate, hygiene-sensitive and otherwise marked final-sale products cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.
Starting a return
Email FaccioApparels@gmail.com within the 7-day window before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
