01Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to privacy-related practices associated with Faccio websites, mobile applications and online services. It should be read together with the Terms of Use.
02Information we receive
Depending on how you use the Sites, Faccio may receive information that you provide directly or information associated with your use of the Sites.
- Account and registration information: information entered when creating or maintaining an account, such as your name, email address and other registration details.
- Order and contact information: information provided during ordering or customer-service requests, including contact details, phone number where requested, order-related information and messages.
- Newsletter information: an email address and consent submitted through the Faccio newsletter form.
- Mobile-service information: a mobile number and information related to mobile communications when you use or request mobile services.
- User Content: reviews, ratings, messages, photos, videos or other material you choose to submit through interactive areas if those features are available.
- Technical and usage information described in the Terms: IP addressing and traffic information, usage history and related information associated with operation of the Sites.
03How information is used
Information may be used in connection with the operation of the Sites and the services you request, including maintaining accounts, processing or supporting orders, responding to customer-service messages, providing requested communications or alerts, administering interactive features, and protecting the integrity and operation of Faccio's systems and customers.
04Mobile services and communications
The Terms state that certain features may be available through a mobile device, including order, shipping or other alerts. If you use Mobile Services or provide a mobile number as a contact point, Faccio may communicate with you by SMS, MMS, text message or other electronic means. Your carrier's normal messaging, data and other rates may apply.
05Disclosure described in the Terms
The Terms state that Faccio may access or disclose information it considers necessary or appropriate to cooperate with legitimate governmental requests, subpoenas or court orders, protect Faccio's systems and customers, or support the integrity and operation of its business and systems.
The categories identified in the Terms include user profile information, IP addressing and traffic information, usage history and posted User Content.
If you submit a copyright-infringement notice, information in that notice, including personal information, may be forwarded to the person who provided the allegedly infringing content.
06User Content and submissions
If Faccio offers reviews, forums or other interactive areas, content you post or submit is governed by the User Content provisions in the Terms of Use. Do not post private information belonging to another person, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, government identifiers or credit-card numbers.
07Third-party sites and services
Faccio may provide links to third-party websites, content, products or services. Those third-party sites are not controlled by Faccio, and Faccio's terms and policies no longer govern after you leave the Sites. Review the privacy and data-gathering practices of any third-party service you use.
08Account information and security
Users are responsible for providing accurate and current registration information, maintaining the security of passwords and identification information, and not sharing account credentials with third parties, subject to the qualifications stated in the Terms of Use.
09Your choices
You are not required to provide a mobile number as your contact number except where the Sites require contact information for registration or ordering. The newsletter signup states that subscribers may unsubscribe from Faccio emails at any time.
10Changes to this policy
Faccio may revise its Site Terms or Site policies. The Terms state that revisions become effective when posted. You should review the current Terms and policies periodically for changes.
